29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) 2 Deer Park Drive Operations, LLC dba Park Place Center/Monmouth Junction, NJ: On or about April I, 2020 the employer did not fit test employees who were required to wear 3M N95 filtering facepiece respirators at the work place. Employees were evaluating, caring for, and treating suspected and confirmed COVID-19 residents
