29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems this subpart requires before any employee begins work that necessitates fall protection. 361 Main St., Greenfield, MA: On or about March 23, 2020 employees were allowed to access a fixed ladder installed prior to November 19, 2018 that requires the use of a fall protection system and the employer did not provide and install a fall protection system this subpart requires prior to any employees using the fixed ladder. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
