29 CFR 1926.761(c)(3): Where controlled decking zones (CDZ) are being used, the employer did not assure that each employee had been provided training in the nature of the hazards associated with work within a CDZ and the establishment, access, proper installation techniques and work practices required by �1926.760(c) and �1926.754(e). On or about March 12, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees who placed and connected metal roof decking panels at heights over 15 feet above a lower level, were provided training in hazards associated with work within a controlled decking zone and the establishment, access, proper installation techniques and work practices for a controlled decking zone.
