29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: On or about March 12, 2020, the employer required employees in the Composite Department to wear N95 dust mask respirators and half mask respirators to perform routine sanding and painting without providing a fit test prior to the use of a respirator. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirement of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
