29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction signs were not used where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures: a) On or about March 9, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to being struck-by company and customer vehicles and equipment as traffic instruction signs designating a traffic flow, speed limit, stopping areas and pedestrian areas were not clearly identified and/or displayed in the yard. b) Warehouse: On or about March 9, 2020, and at times prior thereto, there was not a designated traffic movement pattern with any type of signage designating traffic flow for the forklifts and/or the pedestrian traffic, exposing employees to struck by hazards. Note: Certification AND documentation of corrective actions are required for this item.
