29 CFR 1926.1412(e)(1): The equipment in service was not inspected each month in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section (each shift). On or about February 26, 2020, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure a competent person completed a visual inspection with the rough-terrain crane each month the crane was in service. This exposed the employees to struck-by hazards.
