29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: On February 21, 2020, an employee suffered injuries due to a fall of 16 feet from a platform elevated by a Caterpillar TH-63 Telehandler Forklift while removing a scaffold deck from a wall bracket scaffold. The employer did not provide training to employees covering procedures for disassembling wall bracket scaffolds.
