29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): When power operated tools are designed to accommodate guards, they shall be equipped with such guards when in use. On and before January 24, 2020, located at project property 2530 Saint Albans Ave., Apt# 1, Cincinnati, OH 45237, a Ryobi table saw utilized did not have the required guarding over the rotating blade to prevent the employees from entering the danger zone during operation.
