29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (a) Encon Colorado at 8600 Welby Road in Denver, CO 80229: On or before December 17, 2019, the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard in the workplace, in that employees were exposed to carbon monoxide from the steam pipe generator system used to cure concrete. This condition exposed employees to the hazards of inhalation of carbon monoxide.
