29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): At buildings 1, 3 and 8 of an existing apartment complex located at 315 Abercon Circle, Boynton Beach, FL, 33436: On or about February 12, 2020 and at times prior, the employer failed to inspect a worksite to ensure a means of conventional fall protection system was made available for employees who were performing roofing work, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of 18 feet to ground level.
