29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who was required by this section to use personal protective equipment: a) Outer Limits Extension - On or about 1/22/2020, a Chemical Operator was exposed to a chemical/thermal burn to the upper and lower extremities while adding chemicals to a process vessel. The employer did not provide training for employees required by this section to wear personal protective equipment including, but not limited to, face, head, and extremity protection.
