29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(i): Each employee exposed to an unprotected side or edge of a stairway landing that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was not protected by a guardrail or stair rail system; (a) Middle Floor: On or about January 31, 2020 and times prior, employees accessed a stairway landing that was over 4 feet above the floor which did not have an adequate guardrail system in place. Abatement Note: Guardrail systems must meet the design criteria listed in 29 CFR 1910.29(b).
