29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(v): The employer did not ensure that fuses and circuit breakers were so located or shielded that employees will not be burned or otherwise injured by their operation. a) Bulk Tank Farm, Electric Control Panel Box: On or about January 28, 2020, employees tasked with servicing the impeller pump were not protected from electrical burns in that, when disconnecting the hazardous energy source (electricity) workers were in close proximity to the unshielded fuses.
