29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator and at least annually thereafter. a) Welding Department, on or about 1/14/2020: Employees who are welding stainless and galvanneal steel are required to wear air-purifying respirators such as but not limited to, Miller LPR 100 half-masks and were not fit tested prior to initial use and at least annually thereafter. b) Paint Department, on or about 1/14/2020: Employees, including temporary workers, who are performing sanding and painting are required to wear air-purifying respirators, such as but not limited to 3M half-masks and were not fit tested prior to initial use and at least annually thereafter.
