29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): (A) The employer did not train each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment. On or about December 26, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employees who use ladders were trained prior to use. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
