29 CFR 1910.177(c)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee demonstrated his ability to safely service rim wheels by effective performance of all tasks listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(c)(2)(i) through (viii): The employer is failing to protect employees from the hazards associated with servicing single rim wheel and tire assemblies. This was most recently documented on January 9, 2020 at 365 Main St, Burr, Nebraska where the employer did not assure that an employee who routinely performs tire servicing activities demonstrate his ability to perform these tasks safely.
