29 CFR 1910.146(c)(2): The employer did not inform exposed employees, by posting danger signs or by any other equally effective means, of the existence and location of and the danger posed by the permit spaces in the workplace: On or about December 23, 2019, an employee was exposed to potentially hazardous atmospheres while welding the inside of the flanged end of an ASTM 65 steel pole and the employer did not post danger signs nor inform its employees of the potentially hazardous atmosphere inside the pole.
