29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. a. James E. Moline Builders, Inc. worksite located at 4420 Post Office, Maumee, Ohio: On or about December 16, 2019 the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program. Employees were exposed to flammable fuels and carbon monoxide when operating a gasoline powered pressure washer to clean the floor of a garage.
