29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area, employees were exposed to the inadvertent start-up or release of energy during maintenance of equipment such as but not limited to the Shear Lines and conveyor tables, cutting, bending and coil machines, in that, the energy control procedures were not inspected at least annually as required.
