29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a. On or about December 19, 2019, employees in the southeast corner of the shop were exposed to chemical hazards while pouring and troweling concrete without a suitable eyewash station. b. On or about December 19, 2019, employees on the north side of the shop were exposed to chemical hazards while pouring and troweling concrete and access to a suitable eyewash station was blocked by equipment.
