29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about November 22, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet while performing framing activities on a residential home located at 36650 Amalfi, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039. The employees were working on the roof and the employer did not ensure that they were trained on how to recognize and minimize fall hazards.
