29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided: a. Basement, paper machine #9- Employees were not protected from slip and trip hazards where the walkways in the main aisle ways were not kept dry to the extent feasible and dry standing places, such as platforms and mats, were not provided. b. Basement, Paper Machine #9- Employees were not protected from slip and trip hazards where the stairs and stair landings to the sub-basement were not kept in a dry condition. c. Paper Machine #9- Employees were not protected from a slip and fall hazard where the landing surface at the top of the fixed ladder accessing the catwalk near the beginning of the dry end, on the tending side of the paper machine, was continuously wet from an oscillating shower head.
