29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not loaded in accordance with the design by a qualified person: At the jobsite located at 525 Branson Landing Blvd. in Branson Missouri: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard. Carpenter was cutting formwork while standing on guardrail. Employee fell approximately 12 feet when the scaffold the employee was working from was not loaded in accordance with the design of the scaffold.
