29 CFR 1910.217(b)(4)(i): Pedal mechanism(s) on mechanical power press(es) full revolution clutches were not protected to prevent unintended operation from falling or moving objects or by accidental stepping onto the pedals: On or about 11/7/2019, at Assura Windows and Doors LLC, 1543 N Powerline Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with mechanical power presses whose pedal was not protected to prevent unintended operation including but not limited to: a. Line #2 - Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a mechanical power press (i.e. 2-6, Rouselle Model No. 2, Serial No. 287962) whose pedal was not guarded. b. Line #2 - Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a mechanical power press (i.e. 2-8, Rouselle Model No. 2, Serial No. 18918) whose pedal was not guarded. c. Line #3 - Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a mechanical power press (i.e. 3-17, no other info available) whose pedal was not guarded. d. Line #3 - Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a mechanical power press (i.e. 3-27, Rouselle Model 2, no serial number available) whose pedal was not guarded. e. Line #3 - Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a mechanical power press (i.e. 3-35, Famco Machine Co., no serial number available) whose pedal was not guarded. f.
