29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected from the hazard of chemical exposures. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 3220 Farnam St., Omaha, NE 68128 on October 23, 2019. The employer is failing to provide safety data sheet for the paint the employee uses on the job site.
