29 CFR 1910.178(a)(5): If the truck is equipped with front-end attachments other than factory installed attachments, the user shall request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered: On or about October 15, 2019, on the north east side of compress warehouse, employees were exposed to fall hazards while operating a power industrial truck without the identification of attachments showing the approximate weight and maximum elevation of load laterally centered.
