29 CFR 1926.1425(d): The employer did not ensure that only employees needed to receive a load were within the fall zone when a load is being landed: a) Crane operations near pile holes: On or about October 21, 2019 and at times prior thereto, nonessential employees were allowed to be within the fall zone while the rebar cage was positioned over and the lowered into the pile holes which exposed employees to injuries associated with being struck by and crushed by the load.
