29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking-working surface: a) Parts Storage, Mezzanine: On or about October 7, 2019, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet 8 inches (92 inches), in that the mezzanine had a guard rail approximately 36 inches above the above the walking-working surface.
