29 CFR 1910.265(c)(20)(vi): Provision for the daily removal of refuse were not made in all operations not required to have an exhaust system or having refuse too heavy, bulky, or otherwise unsuitable to be handled by the exhaust system: (a) Sawmill - On or about October 2, 2019 wood chips, splinters, shavings and saw dust that accumulated in the workplace was not removed daily exposing employees to fire and trip hazards.
