29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) In the Spray Department, where employees operating the HVOF booths had not received annual audiograms. An employee was exposed to 261.4% of the noise dose which is equivalent to approximately 96.9 dBA. Sampling was conducted for 344 minutes on October 30, 2019. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 136 minutes. b) In the Spray Department, where employees performing abrasive blasting activities had not received annual audiograms. An employee was exposed to 75.5% of the noise dose which is equivalent to approximately 87.9 dBA. Sampling was conducted for 339 minutes on October 30, 2019. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 141 minutes.
