29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. On or about September 28, 2019 in the facility, an employee was exposed to chemical hazards while working with chemicals, such as but not limited to, welding rods, windshield washer fluid, thinner, engine degreaser and wheel bearing grease without the employer having a safety data sheets.
