1926.950(b)(1)(ii): Each employee was not trained in and familiar with, any other safety practices, including applicable emergency procedures (such as pole-top and manhole rescue), that are not specifically addressed by this subpart but that are related to his or her work and are necessary for his or her safety. At 6061 SW 80th Street, SOUTH MIAMI, FL, 33143: On or about September 21, 2019 and at times prior, a Lineman who was not trained, was exposed to an electrocution hazard when working from an elevated position within a MAD of exposed energized overhead power lines, and within the MAD of exposed energized parts of equipment. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
