29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a) Hammer One Construction located at 2750 Welsford Road Upper Arlington, OH 43221: On and preceding September 19, 2019, the employer did not instruct employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Framers were installing walls and other framing pieces on the second floor of a home that varied from 10-19 feet with the employees working at different levels. The employees were not utilizing proper eye, head or fall protection which exposed them to falls up to 19 feet and struck by hazards to the head and eyes.
