29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: On or about September 12, 2019, employees were exposed to fall of approximately 11 feet 4.5 inches when they were engaged in residential construction activities including, but not limited to, installing siding from a ladder jack scaffold set up on the front porch roof. The employer failed to provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards.
