29 CFR 1910.102(a): 29 CFR 1910.102(a) In-plant transfer, handling, storage, and/or use of acetylene in cylinders were not in compliance with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2009 ("Acetylene"): On, or about September 10, 2019, at 4899 Commerce Parkway, Cleveland, OH 44128, in the welding department, an unsecured compressed gas cylinder containing acetylene was stored on the floor within two feet of an oxygen containing cylinder exposing employees to explosion and fire hazards.
