29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(iii): Operator training and evaluation was not conducted by persons who have the knowledge, training, and experience to train powered industrial truck operators and evaluate their competence: a) On or about July 9, 2019 and August 21, 2019, employees were allowed to operate powered industrial vehicles, including the Crown SHR 5500 Series Heavy Duty Walkie Reach Stackers, without the proper training and evaluation from a person who had the knowledge, training and experience to train and evaluate powered industrial vehicle operators.
