29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Workplace: On or about 8/27/19 employees exposed to injurious corrosive materials including bleach and floor cleaners did not have suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes within the work area for immediate emergency use in the following areas: 1. The eye wash station with the first floor chemical dispensing area was blocked by display cases. 2. The chemical dispensing area on the lower level did not have an eye wash facility within the work area for immediate use.
