29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were not inspected, regularly, and maintained in a safe condition: a) Work place was located at 25 Colony Road, Jersey City, NJ 07305 Employees exposed to tripping hazards in that the warehouse floor had areas where bolts protruded approximately 3 inches in height where workers walked and operated equipment. Violation was identified on August 19, 2019.
