29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): When and where energized circuits existed, the employer failed to post and maintain proper warning signs, advise employees of the location, hazard involved and the proper protective measures to be taken: On or about 08/05/2019, Location: Residential Condominium East's electrical vault at 400 Kings Point Drive, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 1) An employee was exposed to electrical hazards while installing a cable from two new transformers to a main cabinet without de-energizing the main electrical switch and not identifying proper protective measures to implement when de-energizing an RA switch.
