29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5), prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck: At 24750 Highway FF in Eolia, MO 63344 - On or about 08/09/2019, employees were exposed to struck-by or struck-against hazards where employees were operating powered industrial vehicles ("Toyota" Model No. 8FGCU15, Serial No. 15277; "Doosan" Model No. GC15S-5, Serial No. PI-00365) and the employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5), prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck.
