29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2): An orderly shutdown of machine or equipment was not utilized to avoid any additional or increased hazards to employees as a result of equipment stoppage: On or about August 2, 2019 and at times prior thereto, at Tyson Fresh Meats, Inc., Amarillo, Texas, employees are exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards when an orderly shutdown is not utilized or equipment stoppage increases hazards to employees unjamming boxes of beef in bins on pallets.
