29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels or equivalent intermediate members were not installed between the walking/working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system at least 21 inches high: a. On or about 08/01/2019, at the paver manufacturing and palletizing area catwalk bridge over pallet driver 1, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, in that, the catwalk railing system consisted of only one railing at 28 inches high without a midrail. b.
