29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded: (a) Superior Farms at 4900 Clarkson Street, Denver, CO 80216: On or about August 2, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that the adjustable guards on the vertical band saws were not adjusted to minimize employee exposure to the unused section of the saw. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
