29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: a) Rolling Plains Construction, Inc. at 2930 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO, 80301: On or about 7/31/2019 the employer did not ensure that scaffold casters and wheels were locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner. An employee was working on a 39 inch mobile scaffold while spraying insulation with the castors unlocked. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
