Pitco Firalator Inc was previously cited for a violation of 29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1317612, citation number 1 item 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 9/24/2018, with respect to the work place located in Bow, NH.
