29 CFR 1926.1404(d)(1): The A/D director did not ensure the applicable assembly/disassembly procedures were understood by crew members including (i) their tasks, (ii) the hazards associated with their tasks, and (iii) the hazardous positions/locations that they need to avoid: Project #5: On July 22, 2019, at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard, while initiating the assembly/disassembly of a Link-Belt 218 HSL Lattice Boom Crane without understanding the sequence of the disassembly process on the removal of connecting pins for reconfiguration.
