29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): On, or about July 17, 2019, located at 1331 Kelly Ave, Akron Ohio, 44306 the employer failed to assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present or likely to be present which required the use of personal protective equipment when employees worked with plastic material which they manually cut and required the use of cut resistant gloves and safety glasses.
