29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xiii)(D): The employer did not recognize its responsibility for the safe usage of cutting or welding equipment, and did not advise all contractors about flammable materials or hazardous conditions of which they may not be aware: a) On or about June 24, 2019, in the Welding shop where new fuel tanks were recently fitted with used fuel pumps, the employer failed to notify the employee of an explosive atmosphere, which resulted in the injury of an employee.
