29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about June 10, 2019, at 801 Jamaican Drive, Palm Beach, Florida, 33415, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while installing roofing materials on the roof of an existing single story home in close proximity to an energized electrical power line that was not grounded or guarded to prevent from accidental contact. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
