IbakeFoods, LLC, 256 Baker Street, Rimersburg, PA 16248, maintenance shop area, on or about June 12, 2019 and times prior thereto: Items, including, but not limited to, a pedestal fan were stored in front of an Amerex B456 dry chemical fire extinguisher (S/N: BM-443280).
